Phasing, with Phase 1 (top) and Phases 2 + 3 (bottom)

Phase 1 (Year 0): The academic blocks get organised on either side of the canyon defining the movement spine through the site and pedestrian plaza defines the northern edge of the canyon entrance.

Phase 2 (Year 5): Additional Academic Blocks begin to define the secondary, east-west axis of movement along the preserved forest area and the proposed fruit orchard.

Phase 3 (Year 15): This completes the final organisation of the campus, the site will have a total of three vehicular access points: (a) principal entry, (b) residential entry and (c) the secondary academic entry on the west side.

Landscape, Phase 1 (Year 0): The existing babul trees are preserved in the landscape and summer deciduous trees are planted on the northern edge while the winter deciduous trees get panted on the southern edge. The fruits and orchids are also planted in selected patches to achieve a micro bio-diversity on the campus.

Landscape, Phase 2 (Year 5): Some of the existing tree covers give way to building in this phase. Planted trees begin to define the northern edge and offer shade on the southern side. The orchard and gardens also attract a variety f species to the site.

Landscape, Phase 3 (Year 16): More of the existing babul trees get cut though the original woodland is maintained. The planted trees now are in full bloom and the orchards ripe with fruit and flowers. The final stage of the campus development has well-defined woods, gardens and lawns to promote interaction with the built environment at multiple levels.
